Content Campaigns explained

Here's everything you need to know about Content Campaigns

Updated over a week ago

What are ‘Content Campaigns’?

Unlike TRIBE Influencer Campaigns, where you collaborate with creators to craft content to publish on their social media accounts, Content Campaigns allow you to license Premium UGC - without the need for creators to publish. You simply purchase the rights to their content to use in your own marketing channels including websites, EDMs, blogs or even billboards and print!

Is there a setup fee?

TRIBE has two fees and they are explained here.

How much does the content cost?

The cost of content differs based on whether you are licensing for online or offline channels as well as the duration you're looking to license the content for. We have the options of 12-month and perpetual usage. For details on licensing fees please reach out to your Customer Success or Campaign Manager.

What if I’m unhappy with the content submitted?

We’ll always try our best to match your brief with high-quality submissions. However, if you have any concerns regarding the size or quality of the content, please reach out to your Customer Success or Campaign Manager who will work with you to attract the best content for your brand.

What resolution and size is the content provided?

Because the TRIBE community is made up of thousands of different content creators, the resolution and size of content will differ depending on how they shot the content and what they submitted.

Before approving content, you can find the image resolution located in the detailed view of each piece submitted. If you’re licensing content for offline usage or concerned about the resolution, get in touch with your Customer Success or Campaign Manager and we’ll work with you to ensure you receive the highest quality available.

Do I need to tag the influencer on licensed content?

No. However, this can be an effective way to increase credibility and engagement on your own channels.

What's the approval process?

Once you upload a campaign brief, creators will pitch their ideas for your campaign or submit their final content for your approval.

Pre-Approval:

If a creator submits a pitch, or content that isn't quite right and you'd like some tweaks, Pre-Approve them by clicking the 'tick' on their submission and clicking Pre-Approval. This commits you to 50% of the set fee and gives creators the green light to craft their final content or make your suggested changes.

Note: If you change your mind after Pre-Approving a creator, you will still be charged 50% of the fee so ensure you're committed.

Final Approval:

Once they've resubmitted the content, you'll then give them final approval and pay 100% of their fee. Creators will be paid and you'll download the content directly from the platform.

If a creator has submitted their final content upfront and you love it, you can approve them instantly by clicking the 'tick' and selecting final approval.

Tip: Use the chat function to collaborate with the creator, request changes or facilitate shipping of your product, if required.

Please note: If you change your mind after Pre-Approving a creator, you will still be charged 50% of the fee so ensure you're committed.

Declining Submissions:

If the campaign has ended, you've spent your budget or the content/creator isn't right for the campaign you can decline the submission by clicking the 'cross' icon and providing feedback to the creator.
