Here's what our performance metrics mean.

Our Product Team works hard to provide Creator performance metrics that we know you savvy marketers will love. The metrics you can access in the platform allow you to dive deep into a Creator’s pre and post-purchase insights.

These metrics combine 1st-party data via the Instagram API with TRIBE’s own proprietary data and analytics, to provide you with real-time data that is accurate and comparable to your other digital marketing metrics.

Estimated Performance Metrics:

Followers: Number of social account followers

Average Engagement Rate: Average number of likes, comments, shares and saves the Creator received on their 24 most recent Reels as a percentage of the Creator's video views, in last 6 months.

Average Views/Impressions Rate: Average accounts that saw the Creator's 24 most recent Reels as a percentage of the Creator's total followers, in last 6 months.

Average Reach Rate: Average unique accounts that saw the Creator's 24 most recent Reels as a percentage of the Creator's total followers, in last 6 months.

Average EMV: Average $ value of the engagement & impressions received on creator's 24 most recent Reels.

Est. CPE: Estimated cost per engagement based on the Creator's average engagement over their 24 most recent Reels in last 6 months.

Est. CPV: Estimated cost per video view based on the Creator's average video views on their 24 most recent Reels/videos.

Est. CPM: Estimated cost per thousand impressions.

Est. EMV Multiplier: Estimated return on investment (ROI) of creator's 24 most recent Reels compared to cost of purchasing submission.

Average Likes: Average number of likes the Creator received on their 24 most recent Reels in last 6 months.

Average Comments: Average number of comments the Creator received on their 24 most recent Reels in last 6 months.

Average Shares: Average number of shares the Creator received on their 24 most recent Reels in last 6 months.

Average Engagement: Average number of likes, comments, shares and saves the Creator received on their 24 most recent Reels in last 6 months.

Average Views / Impressions: Average views Creator received on their 24 most recent Reels in last 6 months excluding replays.

Average Reach: Average unique accounts that saw the Creator's 24 most recent Reels in last 6 months.

Post-Purchase Metrics:

Followers: Number of social account followers

Engagement Rate: Percentage of comments and likes from the total number of views.

Views/Impressions Rate: Total number of views on this post as a percentage of the Creator's followers.

Reach Rate: Total number of unique accounts that have seen this post as a percentage of the Creator's followers.

Average EMV: $ value of the engagement & impressions received on the post.

CPE: The purchase amount (ex. TAX / GST / VAT) divided by the total number of likes and comments.

CPV: The purchase amount divided by the total number of video views.

CPM: Cost per thousand impressions. Since our influencers already include the cost of producing the content in their post price, TRIBE’s CPM data includes the cost of creative and the reach, which can seem a little expensive compared to other channels.

EMV Multiplier: Return on investment (ROI) on the post compared to cost of purchasing submission.

Likes: Total number of likes.

Comments: Total number of comments.

Shares: Total number of shares

Total Engagement: Total number of likes, comments, shares and saves.

Views / Impressions: Total number of views or impressions on the post. (excluding replays on videos)

Average Reach: Total unique accounts that saw the post.
