Content Library credit is used to license content from your Content Library.
It sits separately to your campaign budget and can either be transferred from a prepaid campaign budget, or requested and invoiced as a standalone credit. This credit can only be used to license content from your Content Library, and cannot be transferred to a campaign.

How do I request invoice credit?
- Head to your Content Library in the TRIBE platform
- Select the ‘Request Credit’ bar at the top of the library
- Enter the amount of credit you would like and Submit
When do I get my bonus 10% of credit?
Your bonus 10% credit will appear in the platform once you have signed your quote of 5K credit or more in, and it has been invoiced. Like the rest of the credit, the 10% bonus only applies to your Content Library, and cannot be transferred to campaign credit.
Can I pay the 5K in installments?
The 10% bonus credit only applies to 5K AUD / USD / GBP of credit or more that is issued and paid as a single invoice, upfront. If you wish to pay in monthly installments, then no bonus credit will be applied.
Is the 10% bonus a one time offer?
Absolutely not! Each and every time you purchase Content Library credit of 5K or more, you’ll be rewarded with an additional 10% credit!
Can I pay via credit card?
If you prefer to pay via credit card, you can do this after you click the download button. Simply follow the prompts from the ‘Add credit card” link at the bottom of the License options screen.
Can I transfer this credit back to a campaign?
No. Any credit purchased under this deal is solely for use in the Content Library.
Is there a time limit on how long I have to spend my credit?
Yes. The credit must be spent within 12 months from the date the invoice is issued. After 12 months, the credit will expire and you’ll forfeit any unused credit.
