In your TRIBE Inbox, you might have noticed you now have the ability to connect your TikTok account. This integration is via your TikTok Ads Manager account and is required to keep you, your TRIBE campaign and TikTok connected.
It’s essential to connect your TikTok account in order to approve content in the platform, as well as run Spark Ads.

Connecting your account to TRIBE is easy, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1.
When you first enter your live TikTok campaign you’ll be prompted to connect your TikTok account. Click the ‘Connect Account’ button.
If you don’t receive the prompt, you can click ‘Connect Account’ above your name in the navigation and follow the prompts.
Step 2.
You’ll be navigated to the Connected Accounts page. Click ‘Connect a business account’ and follow the prompts to connect your account to TRIBE.
Step 3.
Select ‘TikTok’ and follow the prompts to connect your account to TRIBE.

Step 4.
Once connected, you’ll need to associate it with your campaign and ‘Toggle ON’ your account. Head back to your inbox and click the ‘Open the Sidedraw’ button on the pop-up.
Step 5.
Click the toggle to turn it ON.
Important: If you see multiple options, ensure you toggle ON the correct one, as it can’t be changed once you and your collaborators begin pre-approving TikTok submissions.

Troubleshooting
If you receive the message below instead of being able to connect it’s likely because you’re a ‘Collaborator’ on this campaign, not the ‘campaign owner’. This action can only be performed by the ‘campaign owner’, simply reach out to them to proceed.
